Language learning results vary

When I mention how long something took me, reaching a certain level, finishing a course, finally holding a conversation without panicking, that number belongs to me and my situation. It is not a promise about yours. Everyone starts from a different place, with a different amount of free time and a different brain for languages. What worked for me might not work for you, and that is completely normal. Treat anything I share as one person's data point, not a rule to live by.
