WHEREAS myspanishtravels.com (hereinafter "the Website") is the undertaking of one private individual (hereinafter "the Operator"), who writes from personal experience and not in any professional capacity; and WHEREAS it is meet and proper that every reader should understand the nature and limits of what is published herein; NOW, THEREFORE, the Operator hereby declares and gives notice of the following, which shall apply to every page of the Website without exception.

  1. Article I. Of the Nature of the Content

  3. Article III. Of Places, People and Cultures

    1. §3.1Observations concerning countries, regions, cities, cultures and peoples arise from the personal travels and reading of the Operator. No nation, region or people is one thing alone, and conditions vary by place, by person and by year.
    2. §3.2Such observations shall be read as the honest impression of one traveller and not as a definitive statement of fact.

  4. Article IV. Of Creator Profiles

    1. §4.1Profiles of public figures and content creators set forth the commentary, criticism and opinion of the Operator, formed from publicly available material, and are clearly presented as such.
    2. §4.2Factual statements in such profiles are supported by sources listed upon the page in question. Allegations that cannot be verified through reputable sources shall not be presented as fact.
    3. §4.3Thumbnails, screenshots and photographs of third parties are reproduced with attribution, for purposes of commentary, criticism and review, in accordance with the provisions of applicable copyright law permitting quotation for such purposes, including section 29 of the Norwegian Copyright Act (åndsverkloven). Any rights holder who objects to a particular use is invited to contact the Operator, and every such request shall be considered promptly and in good faith.

  5. Article V. Of Accuracy and Currency

    1. §5.1The Operator endeavours to keep all content accurate and current. Nevertheless, prices, plans, features, opening hours, entry requirements and other particulars change from time to time, and the Operator gives no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any content.
    2. §5.2Before entering into any purchase, subscription, course or journey of consequence, the reader shall verify the relevant particulars with the official source.
