Privacy Policy

This site does not use Google Analytics, ad pixels, or cookies of any kind, not tracking ones, not the quietly functional ones either. I don't collect analytics on visitors and I don't sell or share data, mostly because there is no data being collected to sell in the first place.

If a newsletter shows up here someday, signing up will be completely optional, and your email will only ever be used to send you something from this site. Never sold, never handed off to anyone else. I don't believe in spamming people, so if a newsletter exists, you'll hear from it only when there's something worth sharing, not on some forced weekly schedule just to stay in your inbox.

If any of this changes, say analytics or a newsletter tool gets added later, this page will be updated to say exactly what's in use and why. No surprises.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some of the apps and services I talk about, language learning apps especially, have affiliate programs. Some don't. Where I do use an affiliate link, I might earn a small commission if you sign up through it, at no extra cost to you.

Here's the thing though: I try hard to stay honest about this. I don't bump something up my list just because it pays me a commission. Whether an app has an affiliate program or not has nothing to do with how I rate it. I only care about what worked best for me, and I'll say so plainly even when the best option is the one that pays me nothing at all.
